SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is provided by the Customer when contacting the Company, registering for services, using the Company's services, purchasing goods, participating in a loyalty program, sweepstakes or contests, leaving comments, asking questions.

Cookies are files that store information on the Customer's computer hard drive or in a search engine. This enables the Company to identify that the Customer has visited the Company's website before. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
By providing the Company with personal data, the Customer consents to the Company using the collected data for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations to the Customer and to provide the services the Customer expects. The Company needs the Client's personal data for the following purposes:
For e-commerce purposes. For this purpose, we collect the following data: name, purchase history, delivery address, contact details (telephone number, email address), product/service payment details, IP address.
For the purpose of direct marketing, loyalty programme, promotional campaigns (direct marketing games, lotteries, competitions), discounts, administration of loyalty cards, providing offers, news, information, services, supplying products or sending a newsletter which the Customer requests from the Company or which the Company believes may be of interest to the Customer, sending greetings. Promotional messages are sent using the Omnisend and/or Mailerlite platforms, which contain your personal data and are processed in accordance with their privacy policies;
For the purpose of administering electronic enquiries and comments. For these purposes, we collect the following data: name, email address, text content.
For the purpose of ensuring the security of the Company's employees, the Client and the security of the property (video surveillance). For this purpose, we collect the following data: personal image.
The Company undertakes to observe a duty of confidentiality in relation to the Customer's personal data.
The Company may provide personal data to its data processors who provide services to the Company and process personal data on behalf of the Company.The processors shall have the right to process the personal data only on the instructions of the Company and only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of their obligations under the Contract.The Company shall only use processors that provide sufficient guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational measures will be implemented in such a way that the processing complies with the requirements of the Regulation and that the data subject's rights are protected.
The Company may also provide Customer Data in response to requests from judicial or public authorities to the extent necessary for the proper execution of applicable law and the instructions of public authorities.The Company guarantees that personal data will neither be sold nor rented to third parties.
STORAGE PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected by the Company is stored in hard copy documents and/or in the Company's information systems in electronic format. Personal data shall not be processed for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing or for longer than is required by the data subjects and/or provided for by law.
Although the Client may terminate the contract and refuse the Company's services, the Company shall continue to store the Client's personal data for possible future claims or legal claims until the expiry of the data retention periods.
RIGHTS OF THE CUSTOMER AS DATA SUBJECT
The Customer has the right to:

Restrict the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with applicable law, e.g. for a period of time during which the Company will assess whether the Customer has the right to request that his/her personal data be erased;Receive the personal data provided by him/her which is processed on the basis of his/her consent or for the performance of a contract, in writing or in a commonly used electronic form, and, where possible, transfer such data to another service provider (data portability);To object to the processing of his/her personal data where the processing is based on legitimate interests, including profiling for direct marketing purposes (e.g. receiving marketing offers or participating in surveys);Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time;To object to being subject to a fully automated decision, including profiling, where such decision-making has legal consequences or similar significant effects for the Customer. The Company shall process customer requests concerning the rights of the data subject free of charge. The request may be refused or charged an appropriate fee if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, as well as in other cases provided for in the regulatory enactments.
LIABILITY OF THE CLIENT
To inform the Company of any changes to the information and data provided. It is important for the Company to have correct and valid Customer information;

FINAL PROVISIONS
