TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of MB "ALL MATTERS" (hereinafter – the "Terms") set out the conditions and procedures for ordering, purchasing, and returning goods, as well as information required to be provided to the Buyer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. These Terms also define the rights and obligations between the Buyer and MB "ALL MATTERS" when using the online store at www.nordicliving.lt.
Seller – MB "ALL MATTERS", a private legal entity, legal form – small partnership, legal entity code: 306304395, data collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, phone number +370 681 31313.
Buyer:
3.1. A natural person who, under applicable law, has the capacity to enter into transactions and purchases goods for personal use (not for business purposes);
3.2. A legal person of the Republic of Lithuania purchasing goods as an end-user (intending to use goods for representation or other non-commercial purposes, not for resale or use in business, production, or service provision);
3.3. A properly authorized representative of any of the above persons.
ORDERING GOODS
4.1. After forming a shopping cart, ticking "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase", and clicking "Buy", the Buyer confirms having read and agreed with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the rules for ordering, delivery, and return. This action constitutes a distance purchase-sale agreement (hereinafter – the “Agreement”).
4.2. If the Buyer disagrees with any part of the Terms or the total price, they cannot place an order.
4.3. The data submitted during the order is stored in the Seller’s database.
4.4. The Seller includes a VAT invoice in the shipment.
4.5. Shopping procedure:
4.5.1. Add items to the cart;
4.5.2. Check cart content and fill in additional options (gift wrap, invoice);
4.5.3. Choose a payment method;
4.5.4. Enter delivery information;
4.5.5. Confirm the order and make the payment;
4.5.6. Wait for confirmation. Delivery takes 2–14 business days;

4.5.8. Product colors may slightly vary due to device settings;
4.5.9. Items will not be additionally wrapped in gift paper.
BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods under these Terms.
5.2. The Buyer must provide only accurate information.
5.3. The Buyer confirms they are:
5.3.1. a natural person capable of concluding transactions;
5.3.2. a legal person purchasing as an end-user;
5.3.3. a duly authorized representative.
5.4. The Buyer confirms they do not violate any third-party rights. The Seller is not responsible for any misleading declarations.
5.5. A person not meeting the requirements of 5.3 and 5.4 may not conclude the Agreement.
5.6. Product properties are provided in the online store or usage instructions.
5.7. The Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods.
5.8. The Buyer must comply with these Terms and Lithuanian legislation.
SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
6.1. The Seller may restrict access to the website if the Buyer violates the Terms.
6.2. Ensures service availability according to these Terms.
6.3. Commits to deliver goods to the specified address.
6.4. Ensures confidentiality of the information.
6.5. Accepts returns of quality goods under the return policy.
PAYMENT
7.1. Available payment methods:

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
8.1. Delivery takes 2–14 business days.
8.2. Delivery is available to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia; for other countries – please contact us directly.
8.3. Delivery price is automatically included in the total.
8.4. For shipping to other countries – contact us directly.
8.5. If an order is canceled after dispatch – a €2.90 fee applies.
8.6. Product availability in stock may differ. In such cases – a refund is issued or alternative delivery arranged.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
9.1. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must:
9.2. Check the labels;
9.3. Inspect the packaging;
9.4. Refuse damaged shipments and notify on the same day;
9.5. If instructions are not followed, the Seller is not liable;
9.6. Color differences may occur due to technical reasons.
RETURNS AND QUALITY
10.1. Items can be returned within 14 days from delivery;
10.2. Only unused goods in original packaging can be returned;
10.3. Proof of purchase must be provided when returning goods;
10.4. The Seller refunds the money within 14 days of receiving the return;
10.5. Quality goods can be exchanged or returned;
10.6. Defective goods are subject to warranty under applicable law;
10.7. Quality complaints should be submitted via email: info@nordicliving.lt;
10.8. Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment;
10.9. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product is not defective;
10.10. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer;
10.11. Compliance with the Terms is required for successful returns.
FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. All agreements are concluded in Lithuanian;
11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or, if unsuccessful, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
11.3. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms by posting updates on the website;
11.4. The Terms apply from the moment of their publication in the online store;
11.5. The Terms comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
