Delivery Information

TERMS 

The order starts as soon as the purchase order has been settled and the money has been credited to the All Matters MB account. Once ordered and paid for, the goods are delivered by the delivery method of your choice within 2-14 working days from the date of payment of the order. The exact delivery time for each product is shown on the product page. If the delivery takes longer, we will inform you by separate letter. If we do not have the goods, the money will be refunded to your account.

INFORMATION ON ORDER FULFILMENT.

We will inform you by email that your order has been received and is being processed.

DELIVERY TIME: 

Goods are delivered to selected post offices or via courier services, orders are delivered to the specified address in Lithuania and Latvia from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on weekdays only. If you are unable to receive the parcel yourself at the time of delivery, please make sure that someone else is able to do so for you.

You can pick up goods delivered to selected post offices 24 hours a day, every day of the week. 

SHIPPING PRICE

Free courier delivery in Lithuania and Latvia for orders over 100 €.

Courier delivery in Lithuania and Latvia - 4 Eur

Delivery to Omniva parcel terminals (Lithuania only) - 2 Eur

Furniture and other large items cannot be sent to parcel terminals and are delivered by courier.

Delivery to Curonian Spit - 41 €
